Inverted Nipple Treatment
Treatment for inverted nipple surgery is a simple procedure carried out in our Out patient treatment room. Your surgeon will cut around the nipple to release it from the tissue around it. They will then restitch the nipple into place so that it extends above the surface. This procedure will be involved under local anaesthetic, where the area will be numb but you will be awake.
If the procedure requires a general anesthetic this will involve theater and more costing will be involved.
